I cannot say enough good about the commitment to detail and hard work by Kathy and Jennifer. I thought the house was “OK” in terms of general cleanliness but by the time they finished, I realized that my measurement of cleanliness was far below theirs. The house is so beautiful that my wife and I pick up, brush off or clean even the tiniest speck so that it stays as beautiful and clean as Jennifer and Kathy left it. Their friendliness and work ethic are such that if they are ambassadors of Grove, then Grove is clearly in good hands.

Groves did an outstanding job on our floors. I work at Jefferson Rentals and the floors were a mess. We rent equipment that is drug in and out non stop all day. They removed the scuffs, dirt, and more! We will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend!

Groves Cleaning Service cleaned my floors at my salon. They were tragic and I wasn't sure that anyone could do much for the years of wear, hair color and wax damage. I was shocked! Not only did they get the stains up but they looked like brand new! Shiny! The best part also was the pride they took in their work. She was so excited for me to see. She even had a favorite part to show me. I would definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs.

Incredible Job

I have a two-bedroom duplex. This service came in and made it absolutely fantastic. They have a very good eye for detail, money spent well! I was really blown away when I walked in the door after work. I highly recommend this service in the local area. Estimator came out gave me an estimate and within the next week or two the cleaning was scheduled and complete. This company is licensed insured and bonded. The owner Lily is a very nice lady, if you need cleaning services definitely give them a call!! Thank you to Lily and her team. A1 fantastic job!!

Customer service is a BIG bug-a-boo of mine. Well, I have to take a sec and brag. I was cleaning my hard wood floors and for the first time in 10 years I messed the floors up. I put a coat on the floor and the wax turned Snow White. Spent 5 days on my hands and knees trying EVERYTHING I could get my hands on....vinegar, goo-gone, ammonia but nothing worked. Called many cleaning places but they are slammed. Called *Groves Cleaning Services* on Winchester Ave in Martinsburg. Not only did I get a free consultation to see exactly what would work on the floor, he took time to TEACH me how to use the products to keep my hardwood looking brand new! NO CHARGE! He offered to fix it or teach me how to do it and I could purchase the products. Total I spent $44 and he TAUGHT me how to use it to make my floors SPARKLE! ANY cleaning needs you have PLEASE call Groves Cleaning Services!!
